SALE OF WORKS OF ART Our site is for marketing purposes only and is an invitation to treat - not an offer to sell any particular work of art. Where you are interested in acquiring any works of art mentioned on our site you need to contact us to discuss whether or not the work is available and the relevant commercial terms. All sales are in our discretion and "subject to contract" and are also subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale. CANCELLATION OF ONLINE SALES It is not usual for our works of art to be sold by us online or via email or phone without the buyer physically inspecting the work. In the unlikely event the buyer is a consumer and the relevant provisions of The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply then the buyer's attention is brought to the buyer's cancellation right under these Regulations as set out in our Terms and Conditions of Sale (clause 13). Where the buyer has such a right please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to exercise this right as we make available a cancellation form for this purpose and following the cancellation of the sale contract by you in accordance with the Regulations we will also bear the cost of return and arrange for this and collect the work from you. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or dispute arising from or related to your use of this site although we also retain the right to take action against you in your local jurisdiction. The law of England and Wales applies to Our Legal Notices including these Website Terms. Please note that any dispute or claim relating to the sale of any paintings or other works of art by us or our related companies is subject to and governed by our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
